5. Content management required?

Most websites need to be regularly updated with new information. Some do not need their content to be changed once it has been decided (though this is very unusual). If you will need the ability to make changes to the website once it is live, answer 'Yes' to this question.


6. Apply online?

Do you want candidates to be able to apply for jobs and submit their CV to you directly through the website?


7. Candidate/jobseeker user accounts?

Would you like candidates visiting the website to have the option of creating an account with a username and password?


8. Job Alerts?

Would you like jobseekers to be able to set up job alerts so they will know about new jobs as soon as you have them? Alerts can be sent by email, text message (SMS) or both.





9. Client/employer user accounts?

Would you like your clients to have the option of creating an account with a username and password?


10. Animation/special effects?

Do you have any particular website features in mind which require animation of some sort? For example, do you want an animated location map for browsing jobs by location? Or are you looking to animate your logo or other marketing message?


11. Online payments?

Sometimes recruitment websites (usually job boards) need to accept payments for CV database access or posting a job online. Is this something you are planning for your website?

13. Database integration?

Do you already use a recruitment database system for managing and tracking candidates and vacancies? If so, we would recommend that you consider integrating the system with your website if it is not already. Please provide details of the system you use so that we can assess this possibility:
