We make certain gaurantees to help demonstrate our commitment to providing an excellent service. These gaurantees and relevant terms and conditions are as follows: - Unlimited revisions on chosen design concept - Once we have created your initial website concepts, you choose your preferred concept. We will then make an unlimited number of revisions to the preferred concept free of charge until you are completely happy with the new design. The following terms apply to this guarantee:
- A website specification must be agreed whereby a minimum of at least two concepts will be developed initially;
- You must be prepared to follow our recommended 3-part design process which includes (1) consultation, (2) design specification and wireframe and (3) design;
- Revisions are only unlimited for the chosen (preferred) concept of those produced during the design process;
- "Revisions" does not include changes to the concept which would reasonably be considered a redesign of the concept (e.g. >30% change to the original concept)
- "Live Time" website functionality guarantee - For the entire life-time of the website, we guarantee that it will work as detailed in the initial agreed specification. If the agreed website functionality stops working or develops a fault during the website’s lifetime, we will fix the issue free of charge. The following terms apply to this guarantee:
- Excludes any functional issue caused by new browsers or browsers outside the list of browsers agreed at the start of the project.
- Following launch, the website must be serviced under the standard ioca Systems monitoring, maintenance and support agreement.
- Certain items of bespoke development may not be covered by this guarantee e.g. complex job posting or candidate integrations. Where this is the case, this will be indicated in the agreed specification.
- New features and functionality added later to the system are not covered directly by this guarantee. "Live time" guarantee details should be checked at the time of development of those new features specifically for those new features.
- "Live Time" cross-browser and CSS guarantee - For the entire life-time of the website, we guarantee that it will continue to look and work consistently across all internet browsers agreed at the start of the project. If it stops working or develops a fault in these browsers, we will fix the said cross browser issue free of charge. The following terms apply to this guarantee:
- Excludes any functional issue caused by new browsers or browsers outside the list of browsers agreed at the start of the project.
- Following launch, the website must be under the standard ioca Systems monitoring, maintenance and support agreement.
- New features and functionality added later to the system are not covered directly by this guarantee. "Live time" guarantee details should be checked at the time of development of those new features specifically for those new features.
- 24hr Maximum Response Time Guarantee - During the course of the website development project and for any support or maintenance requests following the website launch, we guarantee that we will respond to any telephone call or email contact within 24 hours. If we fail to meet this service level agreement, we will deduct £10 from the next invoice we issue for each time this occurs. The following terms apply to this guarantee:
- Non-accumulative - only applies once for each missed enquiry e.g. if 72 hr passes, this is still £10, not £30.
- Non-parallel - Only applies to one contact request at a time e.g. if 3 contact request are made and 24 hours passes, this is still £10, not £30.
- Self-cancelling – Once a response has been made by us to any enquiry, this "resets" the 24 hour to zero. Hence, a new contact request from you would need to be made at this stage in order for the response time clock to begin counting once again.
- Non-negating – The combined penalty charge for this guarantee cannot exceed the value of the next invoice. e.g. If the next invoice for hosting, monitoring, maintenance and support is £35, the maximum penalty is 3 (£30).
- Maximum – a Maximum of 5 response time guarantees (£50) will be paid per invoice point and all others will be nullified.
- For this guarantee to apply following the website launch, the website must be serviced under the standard ioca monitoring, maintenance and support agreement.
